Now is the time to nurture yourself as well as connect to the momentous shift in the collective consciousness of our planet! This guided meditation is designed to help you be part of this energy, as well as accelerating your own personal insight and unlimited potential.


To empower your meditation, a portion of the session will focus on the activation of crystal energy. A crystal that relates to the meditation will be gifted to you each week and is included in the experience. You are also encouraged to bring any crystal you wish to work with, or you can come early and purchase one from our diverse assortment.

everyone is welcome, no prior mediation experience is needed . 

Please bring your own matt or pillow for floor.  If you forget, we have extras available at the studio.

Cost is 10.00, cash or credit.
